Auto and Manual Classification

When you click the Profile and Submit button in Word, SyseroKB send the text of your document to be auto-classified by an on-line classification service.   Buttons to add new classification and remove incorrect ones allow you to edit the automatic classifications.  It's the prefect combination of man and machine to make a hard job look easy.  Classifications structures can be supplied by UC Logic (we have taxonomies from the likes of PLC and Westlaw available from day one), imported from existing structures or built from scratch.

Keeping up to date

If your following this from the beginning, you will remember our pre-SyseroKM user had to  go to various sources to get the facts and figures needed.  What if these facts and figures change?  What if the law changes? After installing SyseroKB, whenever you open a document it is checked to see if it contains any information from the KM Library.  If it does you are asked if you would like to check the validity of the clauses.  If any clauses are found to be out of date, SyseroKB can automatically replace the current text with the latest version.  The SyseroKB Validator can help ensure that your documents never contain out of date information.
