Sysero Knowledge Builder
Document Assembly
Imagine you are writing a document and you want to add a new paragraph about, say, your firm's expertise in a certain area. You know that someone must have written something similar and rather than start from scratch, you go searching around for the perfect paragraph in your firms web site, various file stores, Google etc etc. By the time you have what you want you could have written it from scratch. Sysero Knowledge Builder (SyseroKB) works from within Word (2003 or 2007), to allow you to find the prefect clause, template or Know How document by browsing your own classification system and/or simple text searching:
Clause Bank
But how do you build up a decent library of clauses, templates and Know how documents without spending an unholy amount of time doing it? SyseroKB allows anyone in your firm to offer up documents, paragraphs and templates for inclusion in a central knowledge area, called the KM Library. Again this works from within Word, allowing staff to submit their own documents or just useful paragraphs. And the really clever bit is that SyseroKB will automatically classify the document, and then allow the contributor to edit the classifications:
