In recent years there has been a revolution in information publishing that has largely been ignored by the legal community, and that is the live news feed, commonly known as RSS.  Almost all news publishers now use these and they contain information on what is happening right now.  News feeds must be one of the pillars of a KM strategy where keeping Fee Earners informed is one of the top priorities.
