All knowledge items are controlled by the Review Workflow which ensures knowledge items are current and approved.

The Taxonomy Manager turns your folder structure into an automated classification engine.

Knowledge library

SyseroKB can use your existing DM or intranet knowledge library or build a new library in the free version of Sharepoint
