Sysero Federated Search

There are several sources of information that a law firm must refer to in order to practice.  These can be roughly broken down into due diligence, legislative and case law sources.  Libraries of legislation and law court reports may have moved from books to CD's to on-line publishing, but access is only available through purpose built search applications run by the publishers.  Additionally the publications themselves are often coded to allow meaningful searching to those who understand the coding of each database.  Federated Searching is a general term to describe search multiple sources from a single search.  There are numerous Federated Searching Systems available today but Sysero is the first Federated Searching system to provide UK law firms with an Ajax Federated Search interface from within SharePoint 2007. To put that in English it means that Sysero can search the all the main UK Legal information providers at the same time from within SharePoint.  At UC Logic we have an excellent relationship with all the major information providers which is vital to the success of Federated Search systems.
