Sysero Knowledge Management System

The Sysero Knowledge Management System is designed to help integrate the knowledge management resources of a law firm through four applications. 

  • Sysero InfoBank is a SharePoint based Knowledge Portal to manage standard documents and clauses within a law firm.
  • Sysero Knowledge Builder is a document drafting application that allows firms to use Word to manage and use their internal content, and also integrates with content from the Practical Law Company.  It is the perfect application for firms that find existing document assembly applications too process heavy.
  • Sysero Current Awareness allows firms to use news feeds they already pay for to keep fee earners up to date and build subject based news portals.  It even allows firms to build templated alert emails for internal and external customers.
  • Sysero Knowledge Search (new!) is federated search solution for individual practice areas, creating a single, simple interface into PLC know how and Westlaw case and legislation databases.  Also available is a companion product for non-subscription sources: Sysero Web Search
