Send & Store for Outlook and Filesite

 Send&Store from has been designed to allow Worksite Outlook users to capture outgoing emails using a single click.

Appearing as a separate Send&Store button, or as part of the standard Send button functionality, Send&Store gives users the option to save their message using standard Worksite dialogs.

Users can choose to browse the Worksite Workspaces and folders or use the Smart     Folders to store the message into the Worksite DMS.

Users only need to select the Workspace, then let the application automatically select the correct email folder. Send&Store automatically maintains a list of recently used Email folders within My Favourites

Smart Folders remembers the last place a message was stored for each recipient of the outgoing message
